Now you can expand your hotel to hold up to 512 pets!  Of course, there is a catch….you have to have 500 neighbors plus 24,000 coins or 120 FB credits.  However, if you have 10 neighbors and 50 coins you may expand your hotel to hold 8 pets.  Here is the complete list…

* Increase to 8 slots – 10 Neighbors + 50 Coins OR 5 Facebook Credits
* Increase to 16 slots – 20 Neighbors + 800 Coins OR 20 Facebook Credits
* Increase to 32 slots – 30 Neighbors + 1600 Coins OR 40 Facebook Credits
* Increase to 64 slots – 50 Neighbors + 3200 Coins OR 60 Facebook Credits
* Increase to 128 slots – 100 Neighbors + 6000 Coins OR 80 Facebook Credits
* Increase to 256 slots – 250 Neighbors + 12000 Coins OR 100 Facebook Credits
* Increase to 512 slots – 500 Neighbors + 24000 Coins OR 120 Facebook Credits

You may also add an attic to your house.  The attic is a new storage space where you can store furnishings and decorations. Perfect for those seasonal items that you don’t want in your house all year long!  Here is the skinny on the attic…

- Comes with it’s own unique wallpaper
- Pets are not allowed in the attic
- You cannot purchases items while in the attic
- Indoor and Outdoor items are allowed to be moved to the attic
- Neighbors cannot view your attic

All for 300 coins and 10 neighbors!

And my favorite…the changes on breeding….you can now choose a girl or boy to breed with for the first step. Everything else is the same; the only change is the girl can initiate the breeding process now if she so chooses….not JUST the boy!

Happy Hotel is now open!  If you are above a level 15, then you welcome to use the hotel.  Simply click on the hotel icon located on the bottom of the HP screen (next to the laser pointer) and then click “Check In.”  Next a screen will pop up with all your pets – select which one you would like to put in the hotel.  That is all!  You may put up to four pets at a time in a hotel.

When checking out, first find a room that has room for your pet, then click on the hotel, find the pet you want out, and click “Check out.”   Why would you want to put a pet in a hotel?  Well, maybe your rooms are full and you’d like to rearrange what pets are in which room.  Putting some pets in the hotel, frees up some space and allows you to switch pets into different rooms more easily. Or perhaps you just want to store pets in there until you level up and get a new room.

Some additionally information….cost is FREE! It doesn’t cost anything to check in or check out.  Also, putting your pets in the hotel, freezes them in a way.  While in the hotel, the pets stay the same way you put them in….if you put them in full, they come out full.  If you put them in hungry, they come out hungry.  They also do not grow while in the hotel. As a final note, many people have been complaining that they loose pets that they put into the hotel…that basically means HP has not worked out all the kinks…so be cautious! I personally have two cats in my hotel right now and they are fine (have been fine for two days now), but I wouldn’t check in any of my favorite cats, just to be on the safe side!
